ENHANCING OTHERS LIVES

About Us

Our Mission

Give Back Wisconsin is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds for positive programs that support and enhance the lives of the diverse groups of people in our local communities.

Give Back Wisconsin encourages you to support charitable organizations. If unable to donate, please consider becoming a volunteer. Both are vital options in helping our mission.

HOW WE DO IT

Launched in 2018, Give Back Wisconsin was an idea conceived to establish an organization which advances a number of community service projects using different fundraising efforts to support each venture.

The Popcorn Shoppe

Located at 5632 Parking Street in historic downtown Greendale, is the Popcorn Shoppe which offers over 30 flavors of prepackaged popcorn.

All proceeds from The Popcorn Shoppe go to Give Back Wisconsin, which in turn supports all of our projects.

Thank you! Your support is our reward and is very much appreciated.

Give Back Wisconsin is an independent organization and is not affiliated with any political party, institution or lobby.

Dan Zealley

Executive Director/President

My Name is Dan Zealley and I am Executive Director/President of Give Back Wisconsin and the Director of Pets for Vets Milwaukee Chapter.  A ’86 graduate of Greendale High School; I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and a Masters Degree in Business Education from The University of Wisconsin Whitewater.  I have owned a Trivia/Entertainment company since 2007.

Influenced by many people in my life that did great things, I decided to start Give Back Wisconsin to make a difference in our community.  I found an opportunity to become a chapter of Pets for Vets and knew it was the perfect first project.  With some ideas and help from others we came up with four other projects.  Hopefully anyone can find a cause that they could get involved with.  Finally came the Popcorn Shoppe in Greendale to help fund our projects.  Popcorn, popcorn.  Yum, yum, yum!!!

JEFF ANDERSON

Director of Operations

Hello! My name is Jeff Anderson, Director of Operations for Give Back Wisconsin. As a resident of South Milwaukee and former graduate of Greendale High School and The University of Minnesota-Duluth, I have held numerous positions in both the public and private sectors. But no position I’ve held in the past is quite like the one I currently hold. That is because of the satisfaction I feel at the end of each day knowing someone’s life may have changed for the better. That is what Give Back Wisconsin is about and why I came on board. Helping people and the communities they live in be a better place.

As a proud supporter of our nation’s armed forces and advocate for animals, I’m extremely pleased to be part of the Milwaukee Chapter of Pets for Vets, a national organization that unites our veterans with dogs and cats that are currently in local shelters. Please join myself and my Yellow Lab Roxy, in supporting this wonderful organization. Along with Pets for Vets, we have four other fantastic projects with each offering its own special way of supporting our communities.

With your time and generosity, we can make these programs a great success. We can’t do it without your support though. Please feel free to contact us to make a donation or volunteer your time for a great cause.

Give Back Wisconsin and I want to thank all those who make a difference!

Please join us in doing great things for our community!
